Terms of Service

Innovate Rank Limited ("InnovateRank", "we", "us", "our"), company number 16758436, registered office 288 Essex Road, London, N1 3AR, England, operates the InnovateRank platform at app.innovaterank.com (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

InnovateRank lets you describe an application in plain English and generates working code using a third-party AI model you choose - currently Grok (xAI), Claude (Anthropic) or DeepSeek. Each build runs in an isolated, per-user sandbox with a live preview. You can iterate through chat, download the generated code, or connect your own hosting account (for example Vercel) to publish it.

The Service is under active development and features, models and limits may change as described in section 11.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account.

Tell us immediately at hello@innovaterank.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We verify email addresses before releasing the free credit grant described in section 4; using a false or disposable email address to obtain credits is a breach of these Terms.

Pay-as-you-go credits. The Service is metered by credits. New verified accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits. Beyond that, credits are purchased in advance and spent as you build; each build is charged at our underlying AI provider cost plus a fixed markup, shown to you in the product before you build.

InnovateRank subscriptions. Where offered, a paid monthly subscription gives you a usage allowance on a dedicated account we provision on your behalf, resold at a markup over the underlying provider plan. Subscription sign-ups are reviewed and approved manually, typically within the timeframe shown at checkout, because provisioning happens in the background - your allowance is not available until approved.

Billing. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by a third-party payment processor; InnovateRank does not store your full card details.

No refunds except as required by law. Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer law, or where we decide in our discretion to issue a refund or credit adjustment.

Pricing. We may change credit pricing, markups or subscription prices going forward; changes do not apply to credits you already hold.

You must not use the Service to:

You retain ownership of the prompts, instructions and other content you submit ("Your Content") and of the code, designs and other output InnovateRank generates for you in response ("Output"). You grant us the licence needed to process Your Content - including sending it to the third-party AI providers described in section 7 - solely to operate the Service for you.

You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it or deploying it live: AI-generated code can contain errors, security issues or unintended behaviour, and InnovateRank does not warrant that Output is accurate, complete, secure or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring anything you build and deploy complies with applicable law.

When you choose a model, your prompts and related project context are sent to that provider (currently xAI for Grok, Anthropic for Claude, or DeepSeek) to generate Output. Those providers process the content under their own terms and privacy practices; InnovateRank is not responsible for a model provider's own policies, availability or output quality.

Do not submit anyone else's personal or confidential information in a prompt unless you have the right to do so.

If you choose to connect a third-party hosting account (for example Vercel) to publish a build, you provide us with an access token for that purpose only. We use it solely to deploy the project you publish; you can remove a connected account at any time from Settings, and should also revoke the token from the hosting provider's own dashboard if you want it invalidated immediately.

Each project runs in its own isolated, non-root container with network and resource limits. We reserve the right to reclaim idle preview environments, cap concurrent builds, and apply rate limits to protect the Service for all users.

We do not guarantee that isolation is impenetrable, and you should not treat the sandbox as a substitute for your own security review of anything you deploy externally.

Aside from Your Content and Output, the InnovateRank Service - including its software, design and branding - is our property or licensed to us, and these Terms do not transfer any of it to you.

InnovateRank is an evolving product. We may add, change, limit or remove features, models or usage limits at any time, and we do not currently offer a service-level uptime guarantee. We will try to give notice of material changes that reduce what you can do with existing credits, but immediate changes may be necessary for security or legal reasons.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting hello@innovaterank.com. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or non-payment.

On termination, unused credits are forfeited unless applicable law says otherwise, and we may delete your account data in line with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, regarding the Service and any Output it generates.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnovateRank's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (for example, for death, personal injury or fraud).

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and where changes are material we will try to notify you in-app or by email before they take effect.
